Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Under $50, it's a flat $5.

How long it takes

Standard shipping is 3–7 business days from US warehouses. Most orders go out the same day if placed before 2pm ET on a weekday, the next business day otherwise.

Where we ship

All 50 US states and US territories. International coming in 2026 — get on the list if you're outside the US and we'll let you know.

How to track

We email tracking the moment it's available — usually within 24 hours of your order. The email includes a link you can check at any time. If tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, reply to that email and we'll chase it.

What if it doesn't arrive

If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package isn't there, give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark early. After that, email hello@dewze.com and we'll either re-ship or refund. We don't fight customers over $30 of skincare.

Damaged in transit

Reply to your order confirmation with a photo within 7 days. We re-ship same day, no questions, no returns required.
