Returns happen. We get it.
30 days from delivery. Any reason. You pay return shipping; we refund the rest the same day we receive it back.
Almost everything. We accept used products — beauty is personal, and we'd rather take a return than have you stuck with something that didn't work.
Don't return it. Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll re-ship at no cost. Save yourself the trip.
Stop using it immediately. Email us with a photo and a brief description. We refund without requiring the product back — your skin shouldn't have to deal with this twice.
Refunded to your original payment method. Most banks show the refund in 3–5 business days; some take up to 10. If 10 days pass and you haven't seen it, email us.
We don't process direct exchanges — just return the original and place a new order. It's faster.
